1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MetraClick you agree to these terms with KohlerCode LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operator of MetraClick. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.

2. The service

MetraClick is a hosted MCP server: it gives MCP-speaking AI clients access to tools for your website, content, CRM, documents, search data and social accounts. You connect with an endpoint URL, an API key and a workspace name. Tools, limits and availability per plan are described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for activity carried out with them. Workspaces exist to separate clients or projects.

4. Plans and payment

Free plan: 500 tool calls per month, no card, stops at the limit until the next month. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance with the quota and overage rates published on the pricing page; annual billing includes two months free. Prices exclude taxes, which you pay where applicable. We do not refund partial months. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Failed payments may lead to suspension after 7 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: break the law; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; publish phishing, malware or deceptive pages; infringe the rights of others; attempt to bypass quotas, keys or workspace isolation; probe or overload the service; resell access except under a separate Agency or white-label agreement; scrape third-party sites in breach of their terms; or process data you have no right to process. We may suspend or terminate for breach, with notice where practicable.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you process through the service. You grant us the limited right to store and transmit it in order to operate the service, and you confirm you hold the rights to the data you connect.

7. Our property

The service, software and tool catalogue belong to us. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them beyond what the law allows.

8. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. No SLA applies to Free, Starter or Pro; Agency terms are set in a separate agreement. Maintenance and outages of third parties (AI providers, upstream APIs) can interrupt the service. We may change or retire individual tools with reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the three months before the claim or USD 100. We are not liable for AI-generated output or for decisions you make based on it.

10. Indemnity

You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of section 5.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment. On closure your workspaces and keys are disabled, and data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on the site at least 14 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Wyoming have non-exclusive jurisdiction; mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
